I took a reading on it, and went ahead and dry hopped in the primary with 1 oz Centennial. It's
FG is 1.010, which puts it at 6.8%. That is unfortunate because I was shooting for a nice think
    mouth fee...

It looks like most of the haze has dropped out at this point, now I just need to find some time
to rack it to secondary to dry hop, or rack it into the keg and dry hop there.

I looked into Pectic Enzyme, and thanks to this post, I now understand a good bit of issues for
my specific case:It doesn't work well at low temperatures. It breaks down pectin into sugars,
    which would...

I have made a strawberry blonde twice. The first time without pectin enzyme and the second time
with. Both were hazy but the second one had a better mouth feel as I found the first one thick.
    I did no...

I brewed a strawberry blonde ale, and it's come out a good bit hazey (noticed after it's carb'd
in the keg). I'm not sure if it's chill haze or pectin, but if it's pectin, how can I remove it
    without ...

I did this brew today, and came out with 6 gallons of wort, so if it finishes at the estimated
1.018 FG it'll be a 5.5% and hoppy as hell.1 oz chinook pellet @ WFH4.2 oz wet hops centennial
    @ 1510 oz ...

Since you're using fruity hops I would suggest C60. It's a nice middle of the road. You'll get
a nice caramel flavor and a bit of color. It won't be overly sweet and it won't taste roasted
    like the da...

You're right about the carapils not impacting the flavor. It's more the unfermentables they
leave behind. With the .75# each of crystal and carapils, and the half pound of oats, you'll
    have a lot of u...

    I might try:12 # Maris Otter.75# Crystal 60.75# Carapils.5 # Flaked OatsI'm afraid to go
without the Carapils at this point; I can't stand it when a beer has no head, and I've read
    that there really s...
