For BG14 burners, you need a 0-30psi reg. The one you linked from Lowes is only 10PSI. Also,
did the burners come with their own Orifice?

I use both. As for my glass ones, they all have the brew haulers on them. I do like the glass
for the ease of cleaning without worry of scratching the surface, but with careful handling,

Honey works very well for this purpose. It is 100% fermentable, but it takes a tad longer.

The honey and brown sugar likely dried it out a bit more than you were expecting. I usually add
Lactose to my chocolate stouts to add a little sweetness and body, so it doesnt end up so dry.
