dry hopping is for aroma, not flavor. though it might seem to taste hoppier with dry hopping. i

Stouts don't have to be so big, a Guinness is probably only 1.050 for example (not 100% sure
but it is about 5% abv).Im pretty sure its closer to 4% FYI

I was only tasting the wort. I just don't know how the taste changes after the fermenter. I
