    ABOUT ME

  • Electrical Engineer
  • Brandon
  • I started by assisting my roommate home brew in college, although I didn't have any of the equipment. A couple of years later I decided to try it by myself so I got the typical homebrew equipment package consisting of bucket fermenter, glass carboy, and turkey fryer. I have also built an insertion wort chiller and a small MLT for doing partial mashes (I don't yet have the room to do all grain).

I am currently trying to go to a kegging system, and will convert a Sanyo 4912 mini-fridge to a kegerator with dual tower taps.

heh, I thought I was he only one who looked into this. I went to lowes to look for gypsum. Most

Thanks for the reply. It doesn't burn me, its just uncomfortably hot. I was just worried that
the compressor could be damaged when I drove it 30 miles over crappy Massachusetts roads while
    it was on i...

Reading these forums seems to reveal that the Sanyo 4912 is the most popular mini fridge to
convert to a kegerator. Luckily I found a used 4910M on craigslist for $100. This was my first
    time using cr...
