Yes I ran out of gas just shortly after adding my 5 minute hops addition, about 4 minutes left
to boil. I put the lid on and left the pot on the burner. Shouldn't make a huge difference.Just

You might as well ferment the beer all the way and then bottle from that bucket. Not a good

well, yeast pitched, everything worked out just like magic.And for the first time I hit 80%
