Thanks all, I am going to use standard pitch rates, add nutrient, since I bought it already, do
my 24 hour shake starters, cold crash for 24 hours, decant and pitch as normal.

I have never used it before, can't be a bad idea though. I was just wondering, so I don't
severely over pitch. I want to give those little guys the best chance.

Recipe formulation is my favorite part of the process. Once I've brewed something, all I'm
thinking of is what I'm going to brew next. I'd actually rather design recipes and brew more
often than drink...
