How did you come up with your grain bill? Did you base it on anything you were able to learn

The beer will absorb the co2 in the headspace. It's not a leaky keg.That's what I suspected.

When I put beer in kegs to store, I put 10lbs. of pressure on the beer (uncarbonated) to store,

Completely 100% normal fermentation. Maybe was a bit slow to start (sounds like you may have
started your starter too soon. 12 - 18 hours ahead is plenty), but otherwise normal.
