Home Brewing Biography: Finally got a kegging system going, needs to be tweeked, but quite nice none the less.
Future Brews: Sweet stout, bitter, IPA
Primary: Red wine actually
Secondary: Double chocolate stout, just added the cocoa nibs.
Bottled: AG Pale Ale, AG XS Cream, oh so tasty, the new favorite, Edworts Apple wine, nut brown ale (gone, need more), stout (almost gone, need more), raspberry ginger mead. Two batches of white wine from the grapes on the property, they are...ok. Grape Fruit Bitter is EXCELLENT! Pilsner is very good. Just bottled a Storm IPA clone and a whitbier. Stout. Missed a few, Austin Homebrew's Arrogant Bastard Clone, Cali Common, another batch of Apple Wine, porter, ginger beer.
Kegged: Just one lonely pilsner thus far, need to work on that.
