  • My wife worked at a micro-brewery in the states and the brewer there was really cool, and it got me really intrested in homebrewing. I didnt get into homebrewing until I moved to Germany...Yeah I know doesnt make much sence but what can ya do. So far I've done 2 batches. One was a recipe I came up with all on my own, "Virgin Orange I.P.A." and I think it turned out really well, atleast everyone I gave a bottle to that understood beer liked it. Now I have a Pumpkin Ale in the primary, I got the recipe for it from Reno_Envy...Looking to start kegging by the beggining of next year.

this beer takes at least 4 weeks in the car boy, and then only gets better with time.

Just finished racking this one to the carboy and boy does it taste delicious. SG is 1.040, a
little low but compared to the last 2years where I didn't know what I was at, I'll take it. I
    also added an...
