- I brewed some Hobo Cider when I was a um, younger man (underaged)... Granted, I learned that fermenting OJ with bread yeast was a bad idea and turned me off to drinking for about 6 years. Afterwards, my brother introduced me to Killians Irish Red and my love of tasty beers (not that fizzy yellow water they have on tap at bars in TN) kinda grew from there.rnrnLiving in East TN the craft brew selection is pretty thin and I wanted more. So now I'm brewing.

'm brewing a London Porter extract kit. Had 7# LME, 1-2# of DME plus the specialty grains 12oz.
The fermentation stopped at 1.028 with an expected 1.010. I'm using dry Danstar British Ale

I doubt it attenuated to any noticeable degree by then. Almost definitely within the margin of
error you get from reading a hydrometer, anyways.I'm not too worried about it. I've done worse

It can show sigs. You have to go to more >> settings >> forum reading options. At least, it
works on the iPhone.AT&T screwed me out of my unlimited internet and I'm a truck driver.

Yeah, Chicago at it's highest point is a shade under 600 feet. Should be 211.7 degrees to boil.
