Bottled up a partial mash version of this recipe last night. Used YB's version of the yeast and
subbed out the hop variety for what I had on hand (Amarillo, Chinook, Cascade, Citra). Smelled

I've had my slightly altered "clone" in a swamp cooler since pitching the yeast on Sunday
evening. Temps stayed between 65-72 the entire time and now down in the mid 60's as
fermentation is pretty muc...

Just bottled this. Real interesting flavor. Equal parts apple, beer and wine with a nice tart
