- In January 2012, a wonderful man proposed and I accepted. The happy occasion will be December 22, 2012. Until then, I've really had no time to brew anything as I have been making so many things for the wedding. Next year, plans under way to learn beer brewing and make more mead!
- My fiancee liked the idea of brewing our own beer. So, time to learn something new.

I am going to have to try that. It never occurred to me to put it sealed into a pressure
cooker. Can you do more than one quart at a time if you've got a canning pressure cooker? This

Maybe you should consider doing a Welches wine instead, where you can control the added

You could check with local bakeries, restaurants or Subway for buckets. I purchased 3-5 gal
