Is the 1 lbs of crystal and 1/4 lbs of honey malt not to sweet? Just seems like alot.I think
there is a bit of sweetness to it, but in my opinion, it isn't overbearing or even dominant.

1 LB of caramel in this with the honey malt sounds like way too much. I'd drop the honey to 1/8
