  • Ive always wanted to brew at home but I didnt have a home brew shop close to me. I didnt buy a kit online because i didnt want to pay a high shipping cost. But now I live in Lincoln NE and there is this awesome store called Kirks Brew. Bought my kit and now Im addicted.
  • First all grain batch of Blue Moon Clone. Im doing a clone since I know what it should taste like so I know whether or not I do something wrong. If I do I can fix things in another batch I design.

    I discovered brewing back january and been doing it like crazy since. all grain batches with an
