    Dude, if you would spend 20 seconds googling the brand, you would see there are different
    models. Mine was about 20 bucks more than his, still within his budget. Man, get a life.

    It has resolution of 0.1 and an accuracy of 0.05?Mine will display for example, 5.25. Its been
    right on with everything I have benchmarked it to. Enough on this. I'm happy, that's all that
    matters.

    The one I have same manufacture states. .05 accuracy.

    Ditto on Brewbama's recommendation. I own one of these and it is very accurate.

    Sitting that long, I would definitely sink them. I put them in a go sack and load them with
    sanitized marbles.

    If no carbing, if you top with juice, you can add a campden tab and potassium sorbate to stop
    the fermentation. I let mine sit a couple of months to clear, but cold crashing may speed it
    up.

    Let it sit and siphon off carefully. You risk oxidation with your idea.

    Ive done wine which got as low as 0.988 but had to backsweeten it hard.. Is near 1.000 cider
