  Deschutes is a must if you haven't been before. The brewery is in Bend and they have a brewpub
  in Portland. This is the brewery I miss the most after moving from Oregon to TN.

  Are you doing full or partial boils? Hop utilization is not as good in partial boils because of
  the concentrated wort. If this is the case, you could do late extract additions.
