  • I bought a starter kit when I was in college (2001) and struggled a bit at first. Between a few failed batches and lack of time to brew I had lost interest for a little while. But I got back into it recently and built myself a kegerator and temp controlled fermenter box and been brewing like crazy the past year or so. rnrnCurrently I am just set up to brew extract brews but would like to transition to all grain some day.

    Did you stir after topping to 5 gallons with water? If not, that's likely the cause for the low
