  • Have been brewing since 2008 extracts at first but now nothing but all grain, I love the smell of the mash. Use a cooler for a mash tun and a Bayou Classic burner. I have 5 or 6 recipes I tend to brew a lot.

    I brew a BVP fairly regularly and have kegged after 4 weeks on some and 6 weeks on others can't
    tell much difference?
