I use one and like it. It allows me to set my HERMS PID one degree higher than the mash temp in

IIPA. I added a 60 min addition for about 2/3 of my calculated IBU's and the rest were added

I have made one batch (.5 gallon). I used about a half cup of Braggs apple cider vinegar to

What were you trying to accomplish with your salt additions? Your sulfate is extremely high and
is probably causing your issue. I would start with the water primer sticky and go from there.
