Not sure about the crystal malt. The yeast shows .9 package. I would use a full pitch of
yeast.It looks like an easy drinking recipe.

I would leave it where it is. I also shake the carboy a little to off gas the co2.

To answer your question. Yes dry hop in the keg. Just make sure that you put them in a bag so
they dont clog the keg. This will give you more aroma.

I agree with BBBF its totally the way to go. When I want to make a starter I sanitize
everything and then dump them in the flask. No boiling no cooling. I can make a starter in 5
