I started a stout 11 days ago and the final gravity has leveled off and I believe fermentation
is done. The problem is it's 11 points off from the estimated FG (est 1.019-actual 1.030). Is

Yeah I was going more for the sweet side. My friend likes to say he likes stouts but doesn't

With my original recipe beersmith showed estimates of:OG 1.078FG 1.020IBU 29.3With the changes
you suggested I get:OG 1.075FG 1.019IBU 38.4The extra hops really helped add some flavor, a 9
