Wait, are you suggesting...A mix?A mix of chesnuts and sorghum works great. I've found if I
make a chestnut beer with corn sugar and a touch of sorghum it really improves the quality.

Glad the beer worked out Gonoles! My double IPA is good, but a little too sweet for my taste.
It's also a bit too dry, so I think next time I make an IIPA I'll add back in a bit of sorghum

Just put my black lager into fermentation. Those dark chips make a nice sweet wort! It will
come out with a lighter color than it should though, I can tell already. I could keep it in the
