I like grilled hot wings too. One of my favorites is a curry powder rub then tossing them in a
mixture of hot sauce (like Frank's), olive oil, minced garlic and fresh herbs.

I see you are in portland. Bob's Homebrew in Seattle sells rhizomes in the spring. IIRC they
were about $5 each last season.
