I've made a decent Dry Irish Stout. Here's my recipe:5 gal batch8 lbs. American 2 row1/2 lb.
Chocolate Malt3/4 lb. Roasted Barley3/4 lb. Flaked Barley1 tsp Irish Moss 15 minutes1.5 oz US

motorneuron, what yeast(s) would you recommend? I had thought about using Wyeast 1332
(northwest ale).On the mash temp, I do BIAB and usually loose 4-5 degrees over the hour ... So

I agree, there's nothing wrong with kits, but picking a recipe and going from there isn't too
