About a week. Beer turned out pretty good, second run is sitting the carboy's now and
terminated out in 7 days with a huge starter (repitch) and proper O2.

Not sure about Gold Canyon area specifically, but water in Chandler and much of the Phoenix
area is totally unsuitable for brewing. Most of the better homebrewers here start with 100% RO
    and build the...

Did a SMASH with Marris Otter and Chinook... not a bad beer at all! Can be a little harsh if
you use to much (Chinook) But overall its a staple hop around my house.

Tapped the keg today.... Sure glad I washed and kept 4 cups of yeast as I am going to do this
one again for sure.FG was a little high, not enough O2 think and fermentation stalled around

Anyone know the flow rate of the Oxygenation Kit 2.0 from Northern Brewer? Documentation is
lacking... Want to get an idea of the regulators max flow in l/m so I can somewhat calculate my
    total ppm. :...

Well... after raising temp to 57-58 and stirring up the yeast in the bottom of the carboys, it
wound up finishing up at 1.013 (reading today). Dropped it back down to 55 for a few more days
    before sta...

Check out Bru'N Water. Dead accurate for me pH wise. If you are going to mix, you will need to
know what your current tap water looks like, if you don't then just go 100% RO and treat both
    mash/sparge...

12 hours after a roust and a 5deg temp raise, its going nuts again. Almost need to re-install
    the blow-off tubes...Crazy.... :mug:

That yeast strain was a solid performer for me and I wonder if you're on to something with the
O2 level not being sufficient. How much did you give your beer?I think this is the issue. I am
    a shaker.....

Pitching a sachet of rehydrated US05 and keeping at 65ish should help you get down to a more
reasonable FG. Since it will work on so little sugars it should not affect the overall flavor
    of the pilsne...
