About a week. Beer turned out pretty good, second run is sitting the carboy's now and
terminated out in 7 days with a huge starter (repitch) and proper O2.

Did a SMASH with Marris Otter and Chinook... not a bad beer at all! Can be a little harsh if
you use to much (Chinook) But overall its a staple hop around my house.

Well... after raising temp to 57-58 and stirring up the yeast in the bottom of the carboys, it
wound up finishing up at 1.013 (reading today). Dropped it back down to 55 for a few more days

Check out Bru'N Water. Dead accurate for me pH wise. If you are going to mix, you will need to
know what your current tap water looks like, if you don't then just go 100% RO and treat both

12 hours after a roust and a 5deg temp raise, its going nuts again. Almost need to re-install

Pitching a sachet of rehydrated US05 and keeping at 65ish should help you get down to a more
reasonable FG. Since it will work on so little sugars it should not affect the overall flavor
of the pilsne...
