I ordered my first kit from Midwest Supplies last Thursday. I just started a 6 gallon batch of
cider with that very kit today. 3 business days is all it took, and I certainly won't complain

There is some funk building up inside the containers at the top, but I am sure that is just
from the yeast. Nothing that looks moldy to me. Can mold grow on that stuff if I leave it
