When I placed a big order, they got it out right away, as I mentioned before in this thread.
However when I ordered another airlock and a packet of yeast, it took two weeks for them to
    even ship it ou...

I ordered my first kit from Midwest Supplies last Thursday. I just started a 6 gallon batch of
cider with that very kit today. 3 business days is all it took, and I certainly won't complain
    about that...

Thanks for sharing, Paps. I have wine equipment kit on the way soon, and want to start with a
simple cider that doesn't take too long to finish. This looks like a good option.

Thanks, Thadius, and thanks to all of you. I really did not expect so many people to give me
feedback on this. Awesome forum, and I think I am here to stay. I want to make more mead and
    cider already,...

from the yeast. Nothing that looks moldy to me. Can mold grow on that stuff if I leave it

Thank you to all of you. You guys have provided great advice. I will definitely plan on using
EC-1118 yeast since a couple of you recommended it specifically. And will try US-05. I'm sure
    I'll find ou...
