Unless you are sitting on loads of pellet hops why not just switch over to whole hops for beers

is this possible. I see that it tells me the percentages of the specific grain however every
time adjust one it adjusts all the others. very annoying

I would go for the magnum. It would be a good beer to help you understand a hop primarily used
for bittering and how it works for flavor and aroma.
