    What is good mash PH target for IPA's and Double IPA's? Is it worth purchasing a PH meter or
    would the PH strips be a good enough measuring tool?

    Anybody use something like this for a fermenter? If so how do you like it? How is it to clean?

    I agree, I did one a while back and you really don't need alot of chocolate or toasted malts to
    give you the "black" in you IPA.
