  • College educated (Penn State), married 22+ years, have a 13 year old daughter. Have worked nearly every job in the food & beverage industry since 1976. Have been cooking professionally for the last 20+ years. Have been homebrewing for 4+ years. BJCP Certified Judge.

  • I had been interested in brewing since the early 90's, but didn't get started until May, 2008. Just asked a fellow cook if he'd like to try it, and we bought a kit at the LHBS. Been brewing about once a month ever since. I do partial mashes and all grain.

    I'd just continuing fermentation at the same temp you started with primary. You probably have a
    standard ale dry yeast which is fine.
