most boils are 60 - 90 min. 4 hours is way wrong. you can probably add non-chlorinated water to
make up the difference. welcome to homebrewing !!!

I've been experimenting with no-sparge brewing, and my most recent attempts have been diagnosed
with astringency when entered into a local competition. I was wondering if either my increasing
