    Is that last pic the burnout prior to its first run?Yes the last pic is the seasoning fire
    burning off the oil but the only pic of the whole in whole

    Though I'd display my new oil tank and the initial cookoff using it. Total investment $50 for
    hinges and hardware. #165 hog was excellent along with the chicken quarters

    1K wayne le tme know how this turns out. I'm in process of processing maple syrup now and I
    keep thinking of boiling some raw sap perhaps to a 2:1 and ferment it off.
