    How thick of plexi? My first thought is that it would take more to keep it cold due to a
    thinner collar... Meaning ur temp displacement might be higher with plexi than wood.

    If there are no coils or other parts between the fridge and freezer sections, you can cut a
    hole between the sections to allow the cold air to flow down into the fridge.I picked up a CL

    Yeah, I copied the wrong sheet for this... good catch! So that original was for a 5.5 gallon
    batch. I doubled it, but jacked my eff% to 73%, so I lowered my base malt. I went with 26#'s

    It's an 11 gallon batch... Originally I mashed at 154* for 60 mins. This time I think I will go
    at 158* for 45mins. Should work, yeah?
