For some reason co2 is breaking out in my beer line but only when I reach the last gallon or so
of a keg. I'm can't for the life of me seem to figure out why...Pertinent details:Fridge temp
is 40FPSI ...

Unless your priming sugar is mixed into the batch well you'll have inconsistency in carbonation

I brew a kolsch using German pilsner malt and a little white wheat. Ferment at 65 for 7 days
then cold crash for at least 2 weeks. It's a great beer and will appeal to almost everyone from

Use PBW. 30 minute soak will remove nearly any label.
