  • AHA, SF Homebrewer
  • I was a frustrated former professional baker. I started doing fruit wines and meads to satisfy my need for a meaningful hobby that combined art and science. I got into beer through beer-loving friends, who introduced me to more craft beers. I found that homebrewers were super-friendly and helpful. I got hooked on the great balance of art and science that homebrewing is. I do stovetop urban BIAB and currently only do ales as I have no method of chilling.
