Bottled last pm finally (>3 weeks). Thought I picked up a little band-aid in the yeasty dregs

Mine carbed up okay. But I always find that bigger beers take longer to taste right. My RV
clone was 8.2%abv, didn't taste good for a long time. Do taste yours, but if they're not so
good, be patient....

Sitting at roughly 1.010 at almost 3 weeks. I think she's done. Slightly green, but deliciously
