  • Im from Scotland but live and work in London as a photographer. First baby on the way and the wife not to impressed by the fact I may have 5 gallons of beer at my disposal soon. (Fingers crossed it all goes to plan . The beer and the baby that is !)

    Ahh that makes more sense!. Why would it say to use the total amount of Liquor for the sparge?.

    Wow thanks for all the advice folks. I guess its a divided subject :) I'm going to do a quick
