  • Have been brewing and wine making for many years. When I owned a home I had planted a vineyard of 36 Riesling and 9 Gewurztraminer, which I had 5 harvests from. Now I am a garage crafter.

    Should I add So2 at bottling? I added 30ppm in mid April. I started this batch last August,
    racked in February. It has cleared to a brilliant amber gold.Michael
