I made the mead for my Son's wedding. I was hoping it would have been ready for the ceremony

30ppm So2 addition in Mid April. It has cleared and now is a brilliant golden amber. I have not

Should I add So2 at bottling? I added 30ppm in mid April. I started this batch last August,
racked in February. It has cleared to a brilliant amber gold.Michael
