    I ordered one a few weeks ago. I'll be making a stand for it. This will fit nicely in my
    fermentation room. Filling it from my brew kettle will be my only concern, but I'll figure that

    I would stick with the same hops too. Then you'll get a better idea which yeast you like more.

    I use a mortar and pestle for the Coriander seed. I usually add the crushed seed and orange
