    A nice Espresso Stout would probably suit all your needs. I did one of these last year and
    loved it. Plus, you get to use your secondary to add your beans. Good times had by all.

    I ended up finding some in a pack of assorted what-nots. Spent a little more but easier and

    Is there another option out there? I'm making my first Mash Tun and all of the material I find
    says they had to order it online because the big stores don't carry it. I would rather not pay
    for a pack...

    I use BeerSmith but I also keep a journal with hand-written recipes. Gotta have a back up.
