Perfectly workable. Many of us do just that. Don't worry about mixing the carbing sugar in.
It's not like bottling, where you have to make sure the sugar is evenly distributed. Siphoning
    the beer into...

Besides having different types of sugar, I'd also be concerned about the acidity of the juice.

I'll be trying to seriously hurt my beer stash and kill what I can. I'll also be watching and

years, and my doctor says i'm still healthy :tank: You'll be fine. We all get a little rust

Should have some warm weather, if a little rainy, next weekend, but you'll be inside anyway. A
little rain won't affect you. Have fun, and include pics.

The other hops may be for dry-hopping. It is an IPA, after all, and Centennial is a good hop
    for that.

I'd let it ride. That sour will be pretty intense on the new batch, though, so depends on how
sour you want the new batch to be.

Most of us have probably made it in some fashion. I've made it twice; once extract with
specialty and once all-grain. Got me thinking; probably about time to make it again. Good beer
    for when you're w...
