High krausen is when you want to stop it, and WLP 300 is 1 of the most active yeasts I've used.

Depends on your level of dryhopping already. If you're doing a dipa, though, you might want to
throw in 1 last dose of hops 3-4 days before bottling/kegging because of it being a dipa,

If you add the other hops, which I think is a good idea to add some, I'd add 1/2 oz to the boil
and 1/2 oz at 15. You don't want it in the 34 ibu range by adding all hops at the boil. I do my
