    replicate it; or it's not up to your standards and you want to figure out what went "wrong".

    You might also try using some lactose to back-sweeten it.Maybe 1 gallon batches for trial-and-

    I've used cocoa nibs too but cocoa nibs arent sweet at all. Neither are the vanilla beans. I
    hear berries bring out the sweetness in cocoa. I might try that next.Yeah, i have looked
    through the recipe...
