If you can get to Ballard just north of downtown Seattle there are over a dozen micros within a
healthy walking distance. Rueben's is my favorite but there a lot of other greats as well,

I was in San Antonio last September and tried Blue Star. The lagers and Sours where pretty good
but the IPA/Pale's where not as hoppy as I'm used to here in the Northwest. The hotel beer

Heading Saturday to Reuben's Brews in Seattle (Ballard) to try the Pro-Am Marzen I brewed with
them in April. Sunday is yard/garden work..... :(

Jcruse, the 90 min was for the boil (Drives off the DMS) I do sometimes go 90 min on the mash
but only because I have to wait for the 110V heater to get my sparge water to temp.Opiat82, not
