    you sampling equipment might be infected. Just a word of warning. Most people have separate
    equipment for anything plastic which touches their sour beers post-boilalso, yeah, that is way
    too much head...

    IMO, if thats what you have to work with, I would skip the cold crash and bottle/keg. I usually
