Ok I just tried them after having co2 off all night and they aren't as foamy. But they are a
    bit on the fizzy side.

I went ahead and cut my CO2 off. At least until I know what to do. I brought it down to 10PSI
to pour it and was gonna leave it but decided to cut it off for now.

Ok so I pushed about 30-35 PSI into my legs the last 48 hours. Turns out I shouldn't have
waited that long! They are a tad over carbonated. What should I do to fix the
    problem?Thanks,Lorne

Copy that. I'll cut it back tonight as that's my 48 hour mark. Then go down to serving
    pressure?

Should I keep beer at 30PSI for 48-72 hours while at 40 degrees?

Beer is already chilled now at around 40 degrees. I chilled it when I started to carbonate it
last night. Likely it's close to temp now. With that info, would you still wait until the
    23?Thanks,Lorne

How long should I keep the gas at 35PSI?
