This burner is a beast. I think I could easily boil off 2 gallons an hour if I had this thing
set to max. I might swap out the regulator with a 20 psi regulator.Try 3.2 gallons in one hour.

I bottled this Monday and just couldn't wait and opened one today. It has pretty decent
