I bought my first brewkit with my christmas money. I did 3 extract batches and then read up on all-grain brewing and was converted. I currently have a 10-gal rubbermaid MLT w/ stainless steel braid, a 7 gallon aluminum pot, a bajou-classic propane burner and about six 6-gal carboys. Pending on how busy I am this term, I've befriended a local brewery (oakshire) and may spend some of my spare time there cleaning kegs and learning the ins-and-outs of the industry.
Currently enrolled at the University of Oregon as a bio major, hoping to use it as a stepping stone into the brewing industry (fermentation science is awesome.) I eventually want to learn how to make some bomb-ass sauerkraut and kim-chi. - Planetary Pumpkin Pale Ale
