  • A general distaste for cheap beer and a beer nerd mentality led me down the staggering path of craft brewing.

    An ephinany for finding, planting and picking a wide assortment of fruits, vegetables, and herbs inspires me to create, concoct, and consume combinations of fermented fruits and honey.

    The original specific gravity would help or at least a guess at what ever it is you're making,

    I sometimes add molasses in some recipes, I prefer to add it to the primary but I could see
    brown sugar at 15, 10 or even 5 to avoid caramelizing.
