    I didn't think of infecting the batch, but I'll keep an eye on it. I did keep the spoon in
    sanitizer and the blue dye was merely blue McCormick food coloring.

    Thanks for the reply Suth.. When I strained it I noticed there weren't as manyas I thought.
    Maybe a baseball sized clump in my paintstrainer. Some of that was hops so hopefully I'll be
    ok.
