    ABOUT ME

  • I started brewing in the early 1990s with a home brew kit purchased from James Page Brewery in MN. My second daughter was born in 1996 and I stopped. I had accumulated about 12 Coke (pin connector) kegs, a keggle, a full yeast culturing lab and had just started to buy parts for a RIMS. I sold everything except a new pump and two brand new 10gal coolers. I started brewing again in 2009.

hoist. Finally crashing today with the new 1/3/hp TK2000, we'll see how it does.any results to
    report?

Two summers ago, I built a 4x4x4 fermentation cabinet in my garage using a new 5000 BTU A/C
unit and an STC-1000 with the probe in a sealed bottle of water. I considered buying a Coolbot,
    but the STC-...

Wow, so the last time you posted, you were still a nano. Now, six months later, you have a
15bbl brewhouse. I'm sure that did not just happen yesterday. Discovering that you could have a
    real tap room...

They would seal the grain bag, but any other odds and ends would be in a big ziploc, though not
as big as the one linked.. Maybe it was like a 2 or 2.5 gal. It's definitely not 1 gallon. I
