    Personally I don't think letting things warm up again really does any damage especially to room
    temperature slowly by just taking them out of the fridge.

    I don't think it would be a problem as long as you boil the DME. I would cool it down before
    adding it then just pitch the yeast right away.

    Clean them very well, sanitize very well. As long as there wasn't mold or large bateria
    harboring scratches you should be fine as long as you are thorough in your cleaning and
    sanitizing processes.

    It depends on a lot of things if it will be "ready" but it certainly wouldn't hurt to crack one
    open and try it. Worst case is it isn't ready and you just have to wait which you might do
