Personally I don't think letting things warm up again really does any damage especially to room
temperature slowly by just taking them out of the fridge.

I don't think it would be a problem as long as you boil the DME. I would cool it down before
adding it then just pitch the yeast right away.

I wouldn't worry. The CO2 pushing that foam out was keeping anything else that could be bad out
    too.

Like others said, it's made for food, particularly hot food so I don't think you will have any

Clean them very well, sanitize very well. As long as there wasn't mold or large bateria
harboring scratches you should be fine as long as you are thorough in your cleaning and
    sanitizing processes.

I'm not a big fan of Belgian ales. I keep trying to like them but I'm not a big fan and I would
probably never drink them and since I don't like them to begin with I'm not sure I would even
    know if it...

Some practice with a regular siphon would help but an autosiphon does make things a lot easier/

It depends on a lot of things if it will be "ready" but it certainly wouldn't hurt to crack one
open and try it. Worst case is it isn't ready and you just have to wait which you might do
    anyway.

  • Posted in thread: Hand blender to aerate? on 05-10-2012 at 01:57 AM
I've used a hand blender (with a whisk attachment) to aerate and it's worked well. Make sure to
sanitize it well and it should be no problem.

If you do a little research, you'll find most of the drop and swap tanks are under filled.
You'll generally pay less by refilling your tank.I know it's just anecdotal but the last time I
    went to the H...
